BBC NEWS | England | Somerset | Coastguards rescue stranded lambA lamb trapped in mud on a riverbank in Somerset was helped to safety by coastguards.
The rescue team was initially called to West Huntspill to hunt for a swimmer in the River Parrett who was later found alive and well.

Burnham-on-Sea湾岸警備隊のSteve Bird氏曰く、子羊が泥に深くはまっていて、お巡りさんが助けられるかと聞いてきたとのこと。
何か妙に仰々しいですが、『Special safety boards』というおそらく単なる板を使って子羊を安全に確保したそうです。
ちなみに、警備隊が出動するきっかけとなったのは元々ヒトの救出なのですが、後ほど無事に見つかりました。とのこと。
