NSAと聞くと「国家安全保障局」という不穏な組織をつい思い浮かべがちですが、こちらのNSAは「National Sheep Association」の略の方になります。3各国が云々と書いてあるので、「国際羊協会」とでも訳するのがよいでしょうか。
7月の30日に開催するわけですが、スポンサーが決まり、順調にやりますよー。という告知かと思われます。
